Article is devoted to a question of structural optimization thermodeformated systems of the metal-cutting machine tool. Statement of a task of structural optimization thermodeformated systems of the machine tool is briefly submitted. The basic attention in work is given to practical realization of algorithm of the binary programming accepted as base for the decision of a task of structural optimization. The researches submitted in work have shown, that use of algorithm of binary programming allows to receive optimum structure thermodeformated systems of the machine tool, its kind is completely defined by a choice of restrictions.
