This paper accentuates the necessity of the total logical cost in machine-buildind planning, calculation and analysis herfection. It is considered primary problems concerned with the increasing of accuracy and efficiency of this cost calculation, taking into account specifity of their forming and distribution. Matrix model that allow reflection of intricate strait and reverse bonds od logistical processes is proposed. Suggested approach enables to construct and differentiate logistical cost by the tims of origination, bt the type of work performed, by orders and clients.
