The analysis of a modern level of development radio electronic means and the generalization of the results which have been carried out in this sphere of research, has shown the steady tendency to toughening the requirements showed to parameters of assignment of products of radio electronic means while in service. The generality of structure of technological processes of research objects allows to put a question on development of the general methodology of the complex technological optimisation. The perspectives of the further research of creation and manufacture radio electronic means is shown on the basis of the complex technological optimisation.
