The comparison of physical control methods is made concerning the structural non-homogeneity of the metal in the cold drawn bar steel on the changes of density, of specific electrical resistance and electrical conductivity. The limits of ultimate and optimum metal deformation are determined taking into account the non-homogeneity of its strengthening in the peripheral and central zones in the cross-section of the drawn bars from the steel 10 kp.
