Devyanin Sergey Nikolaevich was born in 1954, graduated from the Moscow Automobile and Highway Institute (MADI) in 1976. Dr. Sc. (Eng.), Professor, Chair of Road Transport, Russian State Agrarian University — Moscow Timiryazev Agricultural Academy. He is the author of more than 200 scientific papers in the field of engine building, operation and maintenance of automotive vehicles, the use of alternative fuels in piston engines, and diesel fuel supply.
