New specific parameters for a jet engine have been observed in the article, which may result in more qualitative analysis and comparison of jet engines as well. The scientific references review on a topic of deposit formation and possible temperature conditions of jet engines has been made successfully. The relevance of research is connected with a fact that until now there is unexpected fuel nozzles failure when a jet engine is operating, and additionally, there may be fuel delivery system problems. It is just obvious that fuel nozzles can be partially or fully coked that inevitably can lead to decrease of thrust of any jet engines (air-breathing engines, liquid-propellant rocket engines, et.al.) that operate by using liquid hydrocarbon fuels. The new specific parameters that characterize a jet engine excellence depending on operation and a degree of coking (non-coking) fuel nozzles have been proposed in the article. No doubt, the following application of created specific parameters will let it possible to evaluate construction quality of combustion chambers, fuel nozzles, and also a level of reliability and life of a jet engine more thoroughly and with a greater success.
