The equations of a condition and thermodynamic criterion of disruption of materials are offered at joint action of static and cyclic loadings in conditions of creep in case of when amplitude values tensor cyclic loadings make up a component no more than 10 %from tensor's components of static pressures. Adequacy of model is confirmed by comparison of data of calculation on model with experimental data for alloy ЭП 742 at Т = 650; 750 °C.
