The article describes a mathematical model of a hydraulic drive with a pneumatic-hydraulic pressure intensifier, which allows analyzing system performance parameters depending on various design and operational factors. The use of digital technologies significantly enhances the efficiency and accuracy of pneumatic-hydraulic systems. Digitization of such drives is an essential step in the evolution of technological equipment, opening new prospects for industry and innovation. Modern data analysis methods, mathematical modeling, and machine learning algorithms are applied for the successful implementation of this approach. Mathematical modeling enables the integration of digital technologies into pneumatic-hydraulic drives of modern equipment, improving system dynamics and accuracy through combined control of fluid supply and return. It also ensures load sensitivity by aligning load force with drive pressure to increase efficiency.
