The necessity of increased requirements for the cleanliness of the surfaces of parts and assembly units of rocket and space technology products is considered. To ensure the stated requirements, a technology has been developed that includes multi-stage cleaning of the surfaces of submersible tanks (spherical cylinder) from mechanical and fatty contaminants at all stages of manufacture. Depending on the type of contamination, various methods of cleaning and monitoring the cleanliness of the internal and external surfaces of submersible tanks are used. The dependence of the 5 class of liquid cleanliness on the number of contaminant particles is presented. For the final cleaning of submersible containers, equipment was manufactured according to an individual design of a closed type in a hermetic design with regeneration and filtration of a degreasing liquid. As a result of the work performed, fundamentally new technological solutions were created, the implementation of which made it possible to reduce the technological manufacturing cycle, improve the quality and reliability of the product when working in a cryogenic environment, reduce the number of defects and ensure the cleanliness of surfaces in full compliance with the requirements of the design documentation.
