Investigation of nonuniform abrasive effect during external roud grinding

The laws of changing a quantity of actually working abrasive grains along the length of a working course depending on a current value of the longitudinal coordinate are established. The analysis of the obtained system of the equations shows that the quantity of actually working abrasive grains depends on elements of a mode of cutting, characteristics of a grinding circle and conditions of a grinding operation performance. And the character of change on each of the considered technological primitive things is distinguished. The rerun size is one of the active parameters of the mechanism of formation of non-uniform abrasive effect on a processed surface.
